The fact that this is going to be a manga is actually good, from my personal point of view, because that's usually a better format for trying out weird concepts than a weekly TV series. And if things don't work out, they can also be ignored more easily.
Besides, I'm taking into account that this is something of a side project and certainly not everything we will see.
