There are 13 DVD/BDs announced.
26 episodes likely. 2 per DVD, that's DEEN style.
TV stations buy episodes in seasons packs. And a season pack are 13 episodes. That's why there are only 13 scheduled. In October Season, they probably will schedule 13 more.
