An independent administrative body that does R&D on technology involving nuclear power
and the effects they can cause on living creatures.

This is the part where LABO gets the name
"The 6th Laboratory of Atomic and Biological Organization."

As of 2030, their nuclear research is the
most powerful division of its kind in the country.

Other important research conducted includes life science,
study of the Earth's environment, science technology, nanotech material research,
space development research, earthquake prevention research...they do various things, but
their focus is discovering practical uses for the energy source for the next generation
and while they've begun research on nucleus fusion development, there's still
a lot of important things they don't know about nuclear power.

In short, they have been the most important research division to the government
ever since their establisment in 2014,
which has lead to Rokumei City's prosperity.
Recently, they've been researching an unknown ability and phenomenon in order to clarify its use.
That unknown ability is "Beyond Communication"

I have a feeling that Beyond Communication will be important to the plot.
