@Ori: I think the students are in second year high school. As for my understanding of harems, a "true" harem has the main character falling for someone with other people falling for the main character while they go for the one they're interested in and that generally becomes the plot of the series. In this series' case the Sensei doesn't go for someone and so this can't truely be called a "harem" series. It may have aspects of the genre, but that's just it.
@w00tness: Did you forget about harems like the one in Fushigi Yugi (which work in the opposite way)? It's not always the man that gets lucky.
