Interesting. I had heard a rumor that all of the Fate/Series was licensed by Vertical (the rumor started from them, not that they themselves had licensed it, but when they looked into the license it was already taken (they looked for Zero apparently, and stated the entire Fate/Series was already picked up)), and just now checked <redacted> for chapter 21 and the series was removed due to it being licensed. HRMMMM...

That looked nothing like Rho Aias. Plus, Emiya!Archer was already dealt with when the series began, thus we have Kuro!Archer. Also, note the spear in the last panel, the silhouette in a few panels, and the general trend of following FSN. That's totally Gilgamesh.
