Char and Quattro are the same characters. In the Zeta credits Shuuichi Ikeda is even listed as "Char Aznable" all the time.
If they split Char and Quattro they might as well have Edwards Mass and Casval Rem Deikun as selectable choices, and split Sayla and Artesia as well.
Look at the standings however you want, but there's more votes for Char than there are for Kira.
DemonGod: Zeta and Hyaku Shiki are at high places because they deserve to be. They're excellent designs which were immortalized in Zeta's battles.
I simply can't understand why SF is in the top though. I just... can't.
