Luffite is really cool, thinkin of him sneakin into the probably best guarded place on earth, so easy, and kept his cool facing all those worlds most frightening persons...
he definitely have guts! or maybe he is good is enough to fight them!
Blackbeard and crew are definitely good enough to become Shichibukai, they seem a lot better then Crocodile and Baroque
