I'm not on vol 16 yet. I'm just barely finished vol 13. And it looks like the first appearance of aqua is from vol 13 where he rescued vent. And hell his really clark kent. SUPERMAN! Remember the wind generator that the imouto manipulate to disturb the wind flow and disrupt the wind storm of accelerator? That aqua just took one and throw it. And just imagine how big it is. Its a freaking huge post with wind propeller on top.

Even joining the group. And I'm kinda confused if its tsuchimikado or not or just some black armored guy is the one who meets accelerator at the end. To inform him of the current status of his standing and LO standing as we speak and invite him to the group with the direct orders ( threat ) of the higher ups.
