According to amazon.jp, no. It's going to be officially released on 2009/11/26.

much earlier than 方翼の鳥 and La Divinia Tragedia though (we got it like, what? 方翼 on C76 first day? And La Divinia
on it's frickin' release date. Not sure on Umineko no Naku Koro ni haha~), especially considering how it's not that popular around the net
