I don't quite remember what that conversation with Satsuki at the bazaar was about, but I'm pretty sure it was not all that important. Other than that, the only other scene at the bazaar with Satsuki is with Hadzuki iirc.

Seeing a Vocaliod cosplay shouldn't be much of a problem since Hyouka and even Lucky Star did it. This is only a guess but... I think the makers of Vocaloid actually like all the parodies and such of their characters, I bet it helped them get to famous.
