The harem is very mild. while the girls are in love with the MC it isn't really brought up very much. The primary focus is generally on important matters and the girls don't go chase after the MC like prey. Basically the fact that they are in love with Yuuske is not the dominant trait in their character. I think what's more dominant is that they trust him more than anyone. Yuuske is a calculating guy that understands the problems that will occur if he starts a relationship with anyone. So he shrugs off most romance, at least until he's done changing the world it seems.

Sun:

She's in love with him but he calls her his precious person, family, and sister. She is an artless which are seen as less than slaves by many and starting a relationship would cause political turmoil or she would be treated as his property and whore by the general public. It has been hinted greatly that if anything were to ever happen to Sun, Yuusuke would destroy the world. So while she is the restraint that keeps him from doing that, she is also the trigger that would cause it to happen.

Yuusuke is taking steps to gradually get rid of the discrimination, through politics, jobs, and social actions to create change in the system. When sun moved into his mansion the servants seemed to hate her so Yuusuke said. This is my house if you don't like it GTFO! well he really said, "Sun is my important... friend. She is a member of this household and my family. If you have an issue with this feel free to find employment elsewhere." As the saying goes money talks and bullshit walks, everyone decided serving Sun was a much better option than being unemployed.

Violet:

Spoiler for Violets situation:

It's hard to say honestly if she's in love with Yuusuke. She treats him as something between an older brother, employee and entertainment. Violet is a princess so whomever she decides to marry will become the next king. She has multiple fiance candidates and all of them but one really hate Yuusuke. The last one see's him as a rival. This means that the closer he appears to Violet from an outside point of view, the more the noble families raise hell. in some cases there could be rebellion. Yuusuke is considered to be a person who can use all of the elements which would make him the highest rated Art user in the world. Everyone but Yuusuke sees him as an obvious choice for a fiance. Some have already stated that he should be a king rather than a captain.

Violet acts spoiled because she wants to learn about people and the world to make better decisions. She's so strongly protected that she has to force her will on everyone else to actually meet anyone who isn't putting on a show to make her believe everything is fine the way it is. Yuusuke is her window to the outside world and teaches her about the things he encounters there.
