Wow, Rie Kugimiya and Aya Hirano, two of my favorite voice actors. Yes, unlike anime, my "favorite" voice actors are pretty much the "most famous" ones. Who finds it funny that Kyou's voice actress is Ryou?
EDIT: Yes, there's nothing wrong with watching an anime for its VAs. It's the same as buying a CD without listening to all of its songs beforehand because it's from your favorite artist. I don't give a crap what this anime is about (although it looks like a harem), but I will watch it.
