I can't remember exactly what Shinbo said in an interview when he was doing
Natsu no Arashi, it is among the line of "As a newcomer, Omigawa Chiaki has potential and I would like to see it." It was in
Otona Anime interview, I think. But again, I can't remember the details, so it might be completely in-my-head alteration of what he said.
