I see..Is it enough to just delete my history "today" because I have passwords saved in my cookies from yesterday and onwards

I have the latest version of firefox 2.0.0.6 and and ad on of adblock plus and program called spywareblaster updated..

So I just downloaded a tracking cookie?

In imageshack are there ads that can harm your computer??

Oh yeah this is the screen shot of some ads..does this contain tracking cookie as well?
