Cold resistance was mentioned, and aids against regular cold as well as elemental attacks. Flame resistance also exists. Marielle wears an outfits that increases resistance against abnormal status effects. Resistances can mix as well (for example there's a pair of gloves that "increase resistance to flame and any negative status effects associated with it") or be very specific (such as an armor that provides resistance against vision debuffs). Resistances also apply to specific enemies, as is the case for Krusty's armor that reduces damage from undead and giant enemies.
