Looking at how big Usso was compared to the chest of Mahalia's Gun-EZ, I don't think the Gun-EZs have ejection pods, and jumping out of the cockpit form that height wouldn't really help her stay alive.

The pink Zanscare helicopter suits (Tomliats, iirc) only have ejection pods because it's easy to incorporate the ejection system into the design because of its transforming system. Others don't have ejection pods because of how small MSes become from F-91 and on.

The Victory Gundams also have ejection pods, but that's also due to its transforming design making it easier.
