Spiral Organ only collects power of existence from Torches that are only about to go out. Nothing spectacular but it fits the criteria of a Tomogara eating a Torch.

Well.. Its not exactly "eating" the Torches, its more like saving up their powers for something later on. Eating would mean that the Tomogara ate the Torch/Mystes, and is using his/her power of existence for their own diet..
