I believe Stella had only 110 total representatives while only 73 could be nominated. Nova has more of a variety of choices not including the 20 that were auto qualified (although Nova and Stella auto reps had quite a few nominations anyway.)

Until I see otherwise, Rika is 1-0 against KYH (exhibition match), although Rika just happened to be facing Hime at the right time with her series current at the time, just like with Eu facing Ruri during Aquamarine last year with Zombie also current at the time of the match. And seeing how Suguha (SAO) did in nominations, I wouldn't be surprised if both her and Yui cause trouble either in the prelims or regular season.
