It's some organization that's trying to make a fan-made fighting game of the My Little Pony cartoon called "Fighting is Magic". I guess they requested Skullgirls' engine for use, and if they meet the donation mark, Lab Zero is willing to comply.
Though with Robo-Fortune now offered, there's a reward for us non-bronies to aim for now too.
