Translator: recruiting a japanese to english translator (you can pick your own project.)
Translation Checker: someone who's fluent in japanese and can spot & fix TL mistakes. Also able to read signs.
Typesetter: AFX/ASS Typesetter (backup)
Editor: fix grammar mistakes and make the subs more fluent without changing original meaning.
