I need some help.

Ryuu said "You wanted to tell me, right? That you guys made up." About whom he said this? And what does it mean "Made up"? It's a slang phrase, like a "Make out"? Or "Made up" mean dating? What exactly he said? I'd be very obliged if someone explain me all of this in other words. =) Thanx!
