2009 Best Moe Male Division prelim starts tomorrow at 0:00 Korean Time (that's 15:00 GMT). Eight groups per day, and you can vote for three characters per group. Top 6 contestants will advance to the next round, and those who didn't advance will NOT get a chance to go to repechange round.
