13. スバルからのメッセージ
13. A message from Subaru
Spoiler for track 13:
Subaru: Greetings to you all, this is Subaru! Sorry it’s been awhile but I and all the other members of Mobile Six, my Dad and Gin-nee are all doing great. Since the JS Case/Incident ended, I got scouted by a Rescue Team that I’ve always admired/wanted to get into. I agonized about it a little but Teana gave me a little push from behind and I decided to go for it.
Being on the front lines of accidents and disasters to save people who are waiting for us is… well, the training’s hard and it’s pretty normal to run into a lot of close calls and danger. But I feel everything that they taught at Mobile Six and learned from them really has helped me out.
Um, I wonder if I talked about this before… about my body, how my body is really a Combat Cyborg body… I used to be really bothered about it. Why is my body so different from other people? Why isn’t it normal? But, now I can stand and say to myself proudly, it’s to save fading (flickering) lives from disappearing.
After telling my Dad and Gin-nee that, they didn’t say a thing but they shared a little laugh/smile. Oh that reminds me, about Dad and Gin-nee, they’re looking after the Numbers at the Isolation Ward. Everyone there is doing great, it looks like everyone is learning lots of different things and making great progress on their rehabilitation.
It’s pretty fun to talk to Sein and Wendi, Otto and Deed are actually pretty talkative and interesting, and I think to myself often on how mature and adult-like Cinque and Dieci are… Nove is… well, she’s the same as usual to me but around the facility workers, Dad and Gin-nee she seems to be a really honest and good person.
Once everyone’s rehabilitation is over and they get out, there are so many other things they’ll have to learn and get used to. So I’ve been learning myself and not forgetting anything I’ve learned to help them out and share it. I’ve been putting a lot of effort in. I guess I became who I am now because so many other people out there helped me out and taught me. I still get discouraged and anxiety/lost but I’ll do my best. So, I’d be happy if you continued to support me.
Oh when you have some time, come over and visit soon! Near my workplace, there are lots of great touristy places and things to see on your time off. It’s a first rate leisure resort right above the sea/ocean.
Well then, take care of yourself. I pray for your good health and fortune from under a distant sky. That’s all, this was Nakajima Subaru! See you next time/latter!
