Apparently, in the attendance, in front of Number 16 Ookusa, there is a Number 15 labeled "Akagi". Thus, it is guessed her name is, in Japanese naming order, Akagi An.

I'm not sure because I never even realized something like that existed...

Seeing as how this is Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei (the series that is), the name should mean something that relates to the character. If not, oh well.
