Dreamt.
The only Legions known are the seven major legions (one of each pure color, excepting Orange), Supernova Remnant, Petite Pacquet, and the not-a-legion Acceleration Research Society.
Oh, and maybe that group in the spin-off manga, but I don't think they're high enough level for any member to become a legion master, in which case they can't be an official legion.
