You translate and our crack team of :everything else a fansub needs: will handle the rest and we'll release within 18 hours of airing (hopefully).
Ideally you should be watching while it airs on KeyHole and then translating off the first available raw, but if you're not that dedicated, we still need translators for the "fabulous, but often neglected by other subbers" shows.
