Terraformars, maybe. Titans and BETA--yeah, depends ont he Titan. Colossal Titan would probably give a BETA horde a big workout--it would then be pure attrition---if the Colossal Titan could keep dishing it out before the numbers of BETA would overpower him. Generic stock Titans may have varying degrees of success depending on whether they eat the BETA before the BETA eat them.
...oh great. Now I'm imagining a Titan and a BETA trying to eat each other in battle, and hours later there's no trace of either because they basically ate each other out of existence...
