Well if there was sexual content, it would have made those games Cero Z. Which will make these games much harder to purchase due to stricter laws in japan.
Also the majority of these VN's are ports from their eroge counterparts but without the H-scenes.

Likewise there are also people who read those games without bothering with the H-scenes. So your exact point is?
