I'm against this one as well. Great potential for constant off-topic (countries are different), and non-valid choices - Suzaku hasn't shown anything that proves his leadership skills; at the very least the Emperor is a must in such a poll. And if Lelouch/Emperor really wanted to rule over you I don't think your opinion would be important.
