I do understand that if someone is just throwing hate spewed stuff that it's not really a rational argument. You can reason why the show is subpar according to your expectations or why you believe these people shouldn't handle the anime. It's extremely hard to make a logical argument about why these people should die in a grease fire. It's really not based on reason on that point.
I will say that some people need to let go. After all, if you were to wake up every day and have someone wake you up with "This anime/studio/staff is the work of the devil", you'd be in a pretty bad mood in a hurry.
