If you're lucky enough to get a team that knows how to buff health (shields, armor), Zarya's bubbles he seems to live long enough (or at least I didn't fall over instantly when using him).
Charging up his orb count and then firing them through Rein's shield also seems to go well (but then again, firing through the shield works for everyone).
I'd probably like some more movespeed on him (so he can side strafe / snipe with the orbs)
