Both of those songs have already been performed and animated.
Pure Pure Heart got almost the sort of animation treatment that
Fude Pen Boru Pen and
Fuwa Fuwa Time got in Season 1 Episode 12.
Fude Pen Boru Pen has had the distinction of being performed
twice in the series . . . by both Mio and by Yui
Azu. Both songs are out.
Mind you, that's not to say that they won't perform them in-universe . . . we're just not going to get to see them.
