Zeh holy cow. 1 Day IRL = 3 years in the Accel World? Man, I think one would go crazy or severly dysfunction because you don't sleep, eat or tire in long period of time. I would think they would forget about how hunger, sleep or even the urge to go to the bathroom would feel like.
