I think that's not the whole of it. She's annoyed because she realized Hazuki used her sob-story to distract from the actual purpose of that contest, which was to fight over who would get Yuuki. So even though they had that battle, and it looked like Hazuki was winning, the game never ended, and now neither of them are with Yuuki.
So basically, she's annoyed because the whole Satsuki romance question was swept under the rug -- which is actually exactly what Episode 9 itself was doing.
Spoiler for Comparison to the game for that scene in Episode 8:
This is even funnier when you know that, in the game, Yuuki actually confessed to Satsuki during that shougi game, and it was the segue to their romance. So, in a way, you could imagine she's saying "This was supposed to be my route from now on, but the anime writer tricked us!"
At this point, the entire romance question is still open, pending Yuuki's decision.
