IIRC Tigre saw Elen(by accident tho) bathing in 1st volume, when he wanted to take a bath and meet naked Elen.
As for Tina it happened in 12th volume if i remember correctly.
Also He saw Mila bathing in 2nd volume because of Elen's actions.
