So, from what I've seen, I actually understand it, if only somewhat. I dunno' what others are so confused about. Maybe it's just the extremely quick pacing of the entire thing. It almost feels like they stuffed the entire season into 30 minutes of very defined scenes.

Koto or "Kyoto" has "returned" to the Capital. The three individuals that seemingly rule the Capitals sections all believe Koto to be their mother (or leader?) who has returned for some reason. Koto doesn't understand, and is looking for the black rabbit which will bring her back home? I'm guessing the woman with silver hair is Kyoto and also Koto's alternate personality as hinted in the site's bio of her. I guess fighting Koto summons Kyoto or whatever.

The priest dude took her and her demon brothers in for care, but they always cause a ruckus. It seems as though intense violence is commonplace during this "Parade" time or something? Anyways...
If I'm looking at this right, scientist girl and her games literally control the world? Or just the robot?

Mommma shows up, and things aren't understandable. Really. Well, maybe it'll be explained later.
