because "they got used to it". People will continu in their violent ways and continue thinking other races are inferior to theirs because "they got used to it".

In the western world, women who show their "private parts" are doing so deliberatly. In the western society, you can do almost everything, as long as you don't harm another person in the process. And as far as I am concernd, that's a good thing. What do you intend to do anyway? Strip women of their right to show their "private parts"?
It's certainly a bad thing if a woman thinks she is nothing but a sexual object, however, some seem to don't mind that. >__<
