my guess it's just it's it's consciousness that's taken a trip and not exactly to the past rather a simulated one thanks to the weiss spell..what keima have to do it seems to find the girl inside the remnant of his memory on convince her to want to live in the present. she did say " i wish i did not want to be born" to finish the unfinished business that tenri seems to know about that happen in the past that if did not solved will effect the future...
