The DEO is under investigation due to the reveal of Jonn impersonating as Hank and National City still not trusting Supergirl after what happened last episode.
We also see Jonn, Alex, and Kara's past in a flashback.
Near the end of the episode, we learn Mr Danvers is still alive!
