Juvia has gotten boring IMHO. Her intro was great but repeating that same joke to death is her only plot purpose... and to a guy like Gray, well he doesnt strike me as the type to fall in love with his stalker, more the type to fall for a best friend (not professing GrayLu, just that if Juvia wants Gray she needs to change her game and become more well rounded and just there for him).
That said Juvia isn't as boring as Lisanna... in my subjective opinion.
