I've never played this game but Tsukasa, someone spoiled this in the main thread but can I assume she's the only one in the game who is mature enough to see a situation for what it is?

Basically, if I were stuck in a situation where nobody else believed me, Tsukasa would be the only person in this entire game to know exactly what's happening?
