Just remember kaname is not her natural brother..The difference is she doesn't know that...It doesn't surprise me that matsuri Hino created kaname and yuki relationship that way.. Purebloods are considered Royalty and intermarry to keep their bloodline pure. It is the same in our world Especially in Europe.. brothers and sisters don't marry but cousins often marry to keep the royal bloodline pure...
