Well, to be brief about it:

Spoiler:

Vol.8 really just confirmed what I always feare... I mean suspected since vol.6~7: Saito handing his heart over to Louise.
Vol.9 simply strengthened that belief.
By vol.10, Saito has became a knight, but demoted himself from being Louise's dog to her slave.
Meanwhile, Henrietta is trying her best to play the queen but getting bitchslapped by everyone, while Siesta is somehow becoming the most powerful woman in the world.

There, that clear enough?
