I'll try to ask YesAsia.com to stock the item by giving them the item info. I haven't looked into the specific procedures of asking YesAsia to stock a new item yet, though... (other than directly sending an e-mail to the CEO on YesAsia's e-mail form)
And also checked CDJapan, but they have nothing either.

EDIT: Today (Oct. 23) I have e-mailed YesAsia.com regarding the CD, as well as specifically mentioned an initial pressing release for the CD. Will post more information once Joseph Lam, the Product and Marketing Director for YesAsia, gives me a reply.
