I was referring more during the interim of the time skip. I serioulsy can't see anyone who is leftover in the guild to take up the mantle. Perfect opportunity for a strong mage from the outside to take over.
Besides Meredy, everyone else is locked up, already associated with a guild, or too f***ed up to join FT.
