From what I understood, she's been running around killing people in an attempt to either prevent the first spirit from manifesting, or outright erase them all. Which is more disturbing because she can actually do it. Being the spirit who controls time and all.

There is a limit to how far back in time she can manipulate though. Perhaps someone needs to snap her out of her attempted mission because it may not be a good thing either. She's gone crazy from being killed countless times but to be fair, who wouldn't, after experiencing death over and over? Evil is really a subjective thing here because we don't know her personality before she manifested in the current dimension. Yes, you can consider her actions evil but to her it's really a means to achieve her end.
