There were 3. All of them are old and apparently won't interest general gaming population here in US. The anime was said to be based on Princess Maker 2 but I don't really see much relation between the game and the anime other than the general background setting and Cube.
There was a Princess Maker collection on dreamcast, which includes PM 2 and 3 I believe. But PC version is better cause you get king's new dress in the game.
