Not possible. Luffy wasn't even born during Roger's time. He was born 5 years after his death. Roger couldn't have known anything about Luffy.

Ace is the son of Roger, not Luffy. They're not biological brothers. Ace's parents were Gol D. Roger and Portgas D. Rouge; Luffy's parents are Monkey D. Dragon and unknown mother.
