Well, at least she still has her onii-chan or Kaname. Which has been with her since who knows when.
Zero has no one now. All we know is the author is keeping him alive for some reason.
The main difference between Zero and Yuuki is that Yuuki never lived through what Zero had. Since she only recovered her memory recently. Overall she led a happy life. Compared to Zero who remembered everything that happened ever since it happened.
