Those didn't really do much of anything. Misaka Mikoto and THe Accelerator were beaten, and all it caused were rumors and some zerg rushes. Likewise, the only person who got really affected by Hamazura beating Mugino was Mugino herself. Kakine just whistled when he heard it and Saiai never called attention to it.
